Living at Kirby Manor
I have lived at Kirby Manor for three years now in a one-bedroom apartment. I love the location, very convenient for Wayne State. It's quiet and safe, and the building is well taken care of. Parking is on the street, but there's always space. Very good value

Great location -- and very quiet
I have a great apartment here and especially appreciate its generous size, the building's location, and the quiet nearby streets. I give it high marks for parking because while it doesn't have its own parking, the streets always have available spots. Much better than similar buildings I've lived in. The management is responsive. And the building itself is very quiet, which I appreciate because of my odd working schedule.
